Web Hosting Terms

The legal agreement that applies to every hosting account on ServerBD Technology.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and ServerBD Technology and apply to all web hosting services. By using any service you agree to follow every rule in this document.
If you allow anyone else to use your account, you remain fully responsible for their actions.
ServerBD Technology may suspend or terminate your service if you violate any policy or use the service improperly.
We perform daily backups and keep them for up to 30 days, but backups are not guaranteed, customers are responsible for their own backups.
Hosting illegal content, copyright-violating material, phishing, scams or pirated software is strictly prohibited.
Adult or pornographic websites are not allowed on our servers.
You may not use the service for anything illegal in Bangladesh, including online gambling, betting, casinos, money laundering, financial fraud, phishing, hacking, pyramid / Ponzi schemes, terrorism-related content, sale of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or any other unlawful digital activity.
Using hosting for file hosting, image hosting or backup storage instead of a website is not allowed.
Any attempt to hack, attack, abuse or interfere with any server, network or user will result in immediate termination.
Providing false or incomplete personal or payment information is not allowed.
Any chargeback will result in immediate suspension and possible permanent termination.
ServerBD Technology has no obligation to provide a refund or billing credit for suspended or terminated accounts.
We are not responsible for customer content, third-party services or data loss. All services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, security or data protection.
ServerBD Technology will not be financially liable for any loss, damage or business interruption caused by service use.

Free & Discount Conditions

When free domains apply and how renewal pricing works.

A free domain name will be registered with a premium hosting package when paid yearly.
Only one domain will be registered free of charge per account.
The minimum hosting term is 60 days. After this period you may transfer the domain to another registrar. The domain cannot be transferred to another client during this period.
Discounts apply only for the first year. All renewals will be billed at regular prices, including domain, hosting and other services.

Google Workspace Terms

Activation, DNS verification and what happens after suspension.

Google Workspace is a prepaid service and requires full advance payment.
For bank payments, service activation occurs only after payment is received and credited to our account.
You must have full DNS access to your domain. The domain must be verified before Google Workspace can be activated. If verification fails, the order will be cancelled and Google does not provide refunds.
If the service is suspended, the Admin Console remains accessible, but Gmail and other Workspace services will be disabled until payment is made.
Once cancelled (7 days after suspension), the Workspace domain cannot be reconnected to our reseller platform for at least 18 months. You'll need to purchase directly from Google or another reseller.

Workspace Yearly Plan

Adding licenses, reducing licenses and payment timing.

The yearly plan requires full advance payment for one year.
If new users or licenses are added during the year, you must pay for the remaining months for those users, calculated using the monthly rate.
License reduction is not allowed during an active yearly plan.

How to reduce users on a yearly plan

Switch to monthly billing for one month.
After switching, reduce the users.
Then switch back to the yearly plan.

Important: Payment must be completed at least five business days before the billing end date to avoid service interruption.

Workspace Monthly Plan

Pricing changes, deletions, expiry and recovery windows.

Prices may change according to Google pricing updates.
To reduce licenses, delete the email account(s) from the Admin Console at least one day before the due date and notify ServerBD Technology.
Any new license added during the month will be charged for the full month.
Monthly payments must be completed at least three days before the due date.
If the service expires, it can be reactivated within seven days.
For suspended services, reactivation may take 1 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

After the 7-day window

If payment is not made within seven days of suspension, the service is deleted from our panel and transferred to Google.
At that point, ServerBD Technology cannot provide further support, you may reactivate directly with Google.
Google may allow up to three months to restore the account once all dues are cleared.

Workspace Discount Offer

First-year promotional pricing details.

For the first year, customers receive a 40% discount on the first 20 Google Workspace accounts.
From the second year onward, regular pricing applies.

Refund Policy

When refunds are available, what's excluded and how account credit works.

If you're not satisfied, contact our support team first. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund within 30 days.
No refunds are available after 30 days.
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, transfers and third-party services are non-refundable.
VPS and Dedicated Servers are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given if services are terminated due to policy violations.
Account credit cannot be refunded and must be used for services.
Setup fees are non-refundable.
Promotional or discounted plans are not eligible for the 30-day refund policy.
Any excess payment will be added as account credit and cannot be refunded.
